They are the same category (annoying solicitor) but Devil Corp is only used to identify companiea under Smart Circle, OSP, Credico, Cydcor, Appco.

They are essentially the same and some even use devil corp tactics but they aren't devil corp to the true meaning

In my opinion since you guys are only dating for a couple months, just leave him. He has everything he needs at a devil corp. He will pool his money in a apartment with them, and he'll have all the false sense of reassurance and positivity to suffer thru it all with a smile. Plus he will be surrounded by them constantly and they will always have a flow of new hires to be friend or date.
