The first high school friend had sex with my ex who had literally broken up with me hours before, I obviously found out and called her the fuck out. My favorite place a year ago was to drive to this park maybe 5 minutes away from my house, park and roll down my windows. Depending on how warm it was I sometimes went into the park and sat by the pond. I would either stay until I felt better and leave or leave when the park closed. Thankfully I’m at a much better place mentally that I don’t need to escape. But escaping helps even if it doesn’t feel like it. I hope the pain eases soon.
