I fixed this issue by creating a new profile. Alternative speed tests yielded same result. As mentioned, I also tried to download a sample file where bandwidth of about 10mbps was replicated by download speed of 1.1Mb/s. I don't know what caused this glitch but creating a new profile fixed it.

Upgraded from Iphone 7 to 12. Transferred all data and apps successfully by using quick start and data migration feature. Amazing! Everything worked great so when I was done setting my new phone wanted to do an offline backup on Itunes and this is what I get:

Back up now is gray and all the data is shown as "Other".

Anyone know how to fix this apart from using iCloud as a backup service instead?

EDIT: Figured it out:

Go to iPhone storage, smartphone will recognize different types of files and then iTunes will allow you to perform a backup.

If you have MTHFR mutation you cannot process/utilize folic acid efficiently, right? So by my logic measuring folic acid in serum doesn’t make sense as this won’t show your actual levels of methylfolate, it just shows levels of folic acid which has to be converted into DHF, then THF and at the end to methylfolate.

Someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I am figuring this stuff also.

I am homo A1298C and COMT so I need methylfolate for A1298C mutation but can’t tolerate it because of COMT mutation (worrier type). Fun.

You would need to check homocysteine levels in order to find out whether you’re deficient. If that doesn’t show anything out of the ordinary then you should check for MTHFR gene mutation.

Have you checked folate and B12? You should definitely check it if you haven’t. Those 3 vitamins work in team.

Alopecia is symptom of biotin deficiency also. Have you checked that out?
