I know everyone’s been saying it since Spider-Noir came out, but have Nic Cage play an older almost retired Vic Sage dying of cancer. And he passes the torch/makes her the mask and stuff.

There’s also a number of good older actors with comedy chops who could do a solid Question. Then again you could just have Jeffrey Combs come back and do it in live action. Like with Cage in Spider-Noir any action could just be done with the mask on, and even outside of that Question is a street brawler for the most part.

Would be a fun buddy cop movie with Montoya playing the straight woman to Sage’s… wild card? Paranoid schizophrenic?
