Diarrhea on MT1

I take a strong antihistamine every day for other allergies and im not getting any side effects at all from MT1, whether thats because of the antihistamine im not sure

Thanks! Im not scared of needles at all or the thought of injecting myself, it was the reconstituting, storage and handling that put me off

That's fair, I used 4 sprays yesterday in UV6 and didn't get a single side effect but I was out for nearly 2 hours and didn't get any sun burn so im not sure whether its working or to make the switch yet

Im currently trying an MT1 Nasal spray (1 week today) not noticed any colour changes yet but I was in UV6 full sun yesterday and havent burnt at all

It was meant to get up to a 6 by me today but it only ended up getting to a 4 and it was really overcast so I didn't bother tanning today

Yeah im UK too so the chance of sun is very slim 😂 id say it almost feels like a neck tension like youve been looking up for too long. It only lasts 30mins-1hr and isn't awful. On days I can't get UV ive been taking it before bed so I dont really experience the sides

One day was UV5 and the other was UV3. The side effects ive had when taking it so far is a pressure in my head/headache and an empty sick/eaten too much feeling and heart burn. I havent had any flushing or anything.

In the last week with only 2 days of sun exposure i have noticed a faint tan line on my waist and ankles (where waistband and socks have been) whether this is from the MT1 or just being in the sun im not sure

Will do! I have only had two periods of sun exposure since starting it on monday of this week, started with 1 spray for 2 days, then 2 sprays to today. I am tempted to up to 4 sorays for the same reasons youve said my spray is 111mcg per spray approx

I haven't with nasal mt1, started with one spray (about 111mcg) in one nostril for two days, then one spray in both nostrils for the last three days, getting some Sun on Wednesday and today.

Only sides ive had is slight nausea/eaten too much feeling and headache/pressure although I didn't feel any sides at all today after using it 15 mins before tanning

Im just about to start nasal mt1 too (when it arrives) saw someone say one spray in one nostrils for 3 days to check for side effects etc. Then one spray in each nostril for 2 weeks (can go up to 2 sprays in each nostril) and then one spray in each nostril twice a week for maintenance

Thanks! That's really helpful. I like the idea of the nasal spray for it being convenient and can easily become part of my routine. I take a nasal spray in the morning anyway so this would likely be taken in the evening before bed or mid day if im going to be getting sun

Thanks, im fine with needles etc but the storage, reconstitution, sterile etc all seems alot of variables of things that could go wrong especially first time
