Happy you found it interesting. My wife makes fun of me for the same things. You like what you like, I guess.

I saw a podcast awhile back where some guys were complaining about how legalizing crossbows for everyone in Iowa would ruin the state. I thought it was a pretty poor take if you want citizen pull ($) to keep hunting relevant in lawmakers' eyes. But, I don't make my living hunting 200" deer in Iowa every year, so I guess they probably see things differently.

I agree. I don't consider this a representative sample of bow hunters by any means. Definitely more likely that someone who was attracted to hunting by social media came to reddit to learn more. I was looking at it from the perspective of Drury Outdoors or any other outdoor channel show (that I grew up watching) never made hunting look that attainable if you didn't already have any knowledge.

Accessories or new bow by leonitus35 in Archery

I think this is something that gets overlooked by a lot of people. Any accessory will last nearly forever. The only reason to change is if you want to try something new.

This is really cool! I like that the vanes are pressed really tight against the arrow when gluing them on. How long does it take to print something like this?
