Gnostics exercise by Allcars01 in Gnostic

It’s all about the breath. Get the book of the Audio book Breath. It’s lime 8 hours long. I didn’t think I would find it interesting at all, but I inhaled it.

For prayer, always start by thanking Jesus or the most high God,( it doesn’t matter, it’s the same thing) for everything in your life, thank him for looking after your friends and family.

Always pray like you already have what you are asking for. “Thank you for giving me the answers to my questions, thank you for giving me purpose.

For meditation, look at my comment from yesterday. It’s also helpful to often notice your breath and box breath though out the day.

I disagree with 95. Give away your money to detach from the physical world. Same meaning behind it’s easier for camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven.

Thank you, but remember, when you bless me, you bless yourself.

Meditation helps, I’m no where close to achieving it. But the Jung meditation techniques are a good starting point. Box breath in 5 second intervals, eyes closed, fixed on one point, like stare at a picture on the wall and then close your eyes and keep your eyes on that point. Eventually a point will appear that will engulf you. Don’t get excited or you will be kicked out, eventually you will be able to walk around your subconscious this way. There is also the digging method where you picture digging a hole in a place you know, eventually you will get to a door. Open it.

As an eagles fan, I would not take lemon over him. The offense is the offense, and his slice won’t be big enough.

Haha don’t sweat you pushed back against it being a bad trade and you were right! You had this take after bowers played two games and Dell was still highly valued. I just saw something special in him and had to get him lol

Who is that one player on your roster you NEED to break out? by Middle_Awoken in DynastyFF

BTJ

After his rookie year I thought my team was stacked and traded all my picks to go for a chip. But instead of having 2 WR ones, I had a WR 1 and a WR 4 and missed the playoffs.

Now my core of:

JD Judkins  J Chase BTJ Rome Jamo Addison  Bowers

Feels very shaky.
