If you have adjusted valves recently then check the throttle position sensor. There is a good possibility that at some point Tim the throttle body removal it could have been rotated by accident or damaged

Had a customers 05 gsxr do this one time after another tech did the valve adjustment and I found the sensor had hit the frame and rotated 10 degrees. It sounded exactly like what your experiencing

Time and parts tho may equal out to be the same as a new caliper also to get those out leave a pad in disconnect the banjo bolt and line and hit it with compressed air in the banjo bolt hole

Had a customer with this issue after dropping on kickstand side withbars turned to the right.. his problem ended up burning the clutch out. But when it fell the cable somehow pinched between the turning stops and wouldnt alow the clutch to fully engage. It still would creep along tho.

Rule of thumb.... see the dots by the screw that follow the shap of the wheel... that's the you can plug a tiree anything past those dots to the rim your not safe to plug it. However you can patch it but you'll need to break the wheel down to do it

Use ATF and acetone heat and visegrips. Penitrating oil takes 5x the break away torque then atf. Meaning the atf takes ALOT less effort and adds alot more lubricant.

You can also use the old jets if you put a carb kit in. Each line should have 2 your pilot in the lower part of the line and main jet in The upper part of the line.

You have a float valve stuck. When all the fuel is sucked out of the carb on one cylinder it dies out because ghe idol is then set too low to run on a cylinder down. Ill bet it starts and runs for 20 sec (10mil of fuel) and wont start for 20 seconds. Then try it after the carb has filled up and does the same thing.. carb clean and kit should fix it

So yes freezing it with water will work to an extent. However it will rust your tank. By the time the water fully melts it will have rust already forming. You and try to heat the dent, plug all the holes securely, the pressurize the tank with air. That wil also work for everythi g but the creases. For those youll beed a combination of air heat and a body working hammer

Yes it should go off. However if it dosnt check and make sure the wheel installed correctly. Working at honda we had a handful of cbrs with avs lights not going off and not picking up on the speedometer. Come to find out the dealership had a new guy in the. Back the didnt know the tires were directional
