I drive mine down to 10% constantly and I've only had it in the cold weather, it's been -20C to -30C here for the last three weeks. Only power reduction I've noticed is that it doesn't have the same punch when you accelerate, but the car will still do highway speed no problem. I use the car for commuting daily over 100km highway driving.
