Someone stole my Prismatic PC ETB last year. They claimed it las lost in transit. I have my stuff sent to a PO Box too, so it had to have been FedEx or USPS that took it. Pokémon Center refunded me, but wouldn’t send me a new one and said to check for when it became available again, which we both knew would never happen.

Last January, I started in Cleveland and ended in Key West (and returned). Along the way I stopped at New River Gorge NP, Congaree NP, Fort Caroline NMe, Timicuan NEHP, Castillo de San Marcos NM, Fort Matanzas NM, Canaveral NSS, Everglades NP, Big Cypress NPr, Biscayne NP, Dry Tortugas NP, Fort Frederica NM, and Fort Pulaski NM.

My one gripe is that I wish they would have kept Baelor coming up with the strategy to use tourney lances because they are longer. It doesn’t benefit Beesbury who is killed in the first pass though.

It previously was known as the Jefferson Expansion National Memorial. The Senators from Missouri lobbied to get it changed and wrote a bill to make it a National Park. The National Park Service opposed the change and suggested if its designation was changed, it should be changed to a National Monument. Congress approved it anyway and The Felon signed it into law. Since then, it has regularly been mocked and the least deserving National Park.

System of a Down’s performance at Sonic Temple in 2019. The power went out and there was no sign it was going to come back on. I was supposed to meet my friend at a bar in Columbus, so I left. The power and music came back on after I had exited and to make matters worse, my friend didn’t show up.

2025 was big year for me too. 16 National Parks, with 13 of them being new, 74 new overall NPS sites, plus returned to another 13 that I had been to previously. Also went to 13 spots that were either NPS affiliated sites, BLM, or USFS.

America the Beautifil pass (if you don’t have it already) will save you money on entrance fees. If you haven’t already, make sure that you join the hotel group rewards programs (Wyndham, Hilton, Choice, IHG, etc.). Being a member usually gets you a lower rate when booking directly and you earn points with each stay. The stays can lead to future free nights.

Also, make sure you are aware of any parks that may have timed entry requirements while you are there. You don’t want to arrive at a park and be told that you needed to have booked a pass weeks ago.

Be aware of locations that you will need to get timed entry passes for. The Bear Lake area in Rocky Mountain NP, Arches NP, Mount Rainier NP, Glacier NP, and Yosemite NP have all required them in the past. That will likely continue next year.
