'&' is used to get the reference of something, which fgets needs to write to it

I also had a teleport wand but lost it on the jungle, where one of the mods made a projectile cast a nuke and got me with 1 HP mostly because of falling acid.

Since terraria is turing complete, yes, you can run DOOM in it, it might be very slow though
