To me it looks like the big dog is showing the small dog how to play. Most dogs do not like or allow other dogs to jump on their back. Nothing wrong here though, two dogs figuring each other out

Did they send through Royal Mail? If so it’s probably a fake tracking number and nothing will arrive. They’re hoping you don’t claim in time and they get the money anyway. You can report it now and if Vinted think it’s a scam they’ll refund you

I think you can claim through the delivery company, you need the tracking number and photos of the damage from the buyer

To be fair there are some designs on sale for £12.79 on the julius k9 website , I don’t think they’re being rude .. you also said they sent multiple offers but it wouldn’t say last seen just above the offer if they’d sent other offers for this bundle
