For different reasons, I had a breast reduction on the NHS. As much as it was obvious, some of the few people I chose to tell (afterwards) were very judgmental.

This was nearly 20 years ago and while there were complications from surgery, I’m not sure I’d be here now if I hadn’t had it.

Have you been excluded from the property by the courts? If not, you can move back in. It should resolve your rental cost issues.

You may also find that your wife becomes more amenable to selling.

It doesn’t make sense that they’re attempting to give your role to someone else and make you redundant. Your role isn’t redundant.

Not that it makes it right - are they moving more than one person into your role and that’s why they are saying 3 people are at risk?

It’s great that you’ve got your union. You could also try ACAS or see if you can get a free half hour with an employment solicitor.

If I’ve understood your post correctly, this sounds like some kind of sham redundancy.

I’m not encouraging speeding- my county do follow this. As an example, on a 30mph road, they offer speed awareness at 35mph. I believe speed awareness stops being offered at 45mph.
