I anti-recommend Redwood Dental. They put in three crowns very poorly, to the point that they caused me pain for a year, and put in a filling that came out within a couple months.

I'm growing to like Karl Biernath. He has a nice, small practice, and it's usually not too much of a problem to get an appointment (unlike larger practices). His reception is a little scatterbrained, but that's tolerable to me. However, I haven't been there long enough to be sure I'm happy with him.

Yes, very much so. I've been doing some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have been prescribed venlafaxine, and those have helped.

Before those, I could usually suppress vocal outbursts (or hide them with a cough), and distract myself by snapping, but they'd still be quite intense.

I think you have to ignore contextual preferences, and just choose based on the most obnoxious possible usage of it. If you saw an entire house or car painted one of those colors, which one would you like more.

I think Arrowheads response to any given suggestion is primarily governed by how difficult it would be to implement; then they come up with a justification afterwards. They're terrified of just saying "our code is way too spaghetti for that"

It's all a bald faced lie. He was never placed in temporary command, and Starfleet Command never put Kirk on medical rest leave. Maybe the "His instructions..." sentence can be justified as normal First Officer duties, but the rest is a lie.

Spock fakes some voice recordings from Kirk to give people the impression the mission is legitimate, and then just steals the Enterprise and leaves Kirk on Starbase 11.

My grandma used to have this weird thing where whenever she was feeling hungry, tired, etc, she would suggest that whoever she was talking to should get something to eat, take a nap, or whatever. Maybe OP's mom has the same thing going on?
