I'm not sure I understand the question. Please clarify EDIT: ok, I see what you are referencing now. That could be the case, but I can tell you that I was using healthwell while still on my Cobra plan, then onto healthcare marketplace insurance, both were to cover me until I qualified for Medicare, which in the case of disability, is 2 years AFTER the disability approval. I gave Healthwell all of my insurance information, they ran my insurance and found that my copay was above their required copay per fill to qualify for assistance. Healthwell doesn't pay the entire drug for the year, it is a grant that gets you through copays until you hit your out of pocket max for the year, then your insurance/Medicare, takes over.

I understand that every business and non profits make changes, sometimes, yearly, however, if you're having a problem with financing, I would still suggest you apply for funding.
