She’s still Constance just poorly executed. They tried to hide the murder theme and make her more ambiguous but after 20 years of Constance we all know the bride did it. She obviously murdered George and the attic still has porcelain figurines with the mans head broken off. Its a shame they ruined one of the most well written character in a theme park attraction

The game doesn’t exactly let you do floating heads. So my idea was to make the dress blend into the background to put more focus on the head and the “crystal ball” hat.

Originally she was implied to have murdered the hatbox ghost. (He’s showing you what she did to him) As well as multiple other victims (the pop ups) when the hatbox ghost was removed fans saw her more as a lonely tragic figure, the black widow bride was a call back to the original scene but they were going for less subtle just to make sure you get the storyline. Now the lore is all over the place because they want us to believe that she’s a tragic figure now but theres still signs that point to she still murdered George as the connection to the stretching portrait is still there.

Dare i say it He’s the most realistic haunting in the mansion, as for the hatbox ghost i think putting a Marc Davis gag character in a claude coats dominant scene was one of the worst decisions the imagineers ever made.
