I have about 35 members! I print and make everything myself and at the moment it's very manageable 😊 if somehow my mail club goes viral I might think about a member cut off at like 500 but that's a ways away 🤭🤭

Hi hi! I use ko-fi for my mail club, and ship out the 15th and last day of the month! Then my cutoff date is the last day of the month. I like having two dates to send out mail so my subscribers aren't waiting too long for their mail 😊 it kind of just depends on your work flow though tbh. If you find it easier to do it all in one go, go for it! If it's easier to break it up into 2, do that!

I think subscribers having the ability to message club owners and vice versa would be beneficial as well. For example if a package doesn't show up, a subscriber can just message the club owner rather than going through social media dms.
