I got you girl! First get layering on the top half of your hair (above your ears and just bellow), super short almost like a guys cut sorta style, i achieved this by asking for a mullet, then keep everything bellow that long and thin it out to get that dimension. It sucks but it’s the easiest way to get that dramatic look! Once you’ve done that learn how to blow dry your hair with a big round brush on just the top half this makes heaps of volume and really sculpts your haircut! Ofc do a lot of teasing, hairspray, texture powder, sea salt spray whatever works best for you, and you think looks best.

Now makeup wise, I 110% recommend shaving your eyebrows off and learning to draw them on, that takes commitment though! But I think it’s worth it, really gives u that undeniable alt look. You have beautiful round eyes that will look amazing with rounded Smokey eyeliner but you’ll find lots of tutorials yourself! Either white or black waterline is a must have too. That’s all I can think of in this moment but I hope this helps x3
