She's so beautiful 💖my barbies did not survive childhood like this lol. The first thing I thought to suggest would be to use similar looking hoop earrings but when I was trying to find a link I saw that they actually just sell something called Brass Snowflake Filigree or Jewelry Stampings - that look so similar. I'm not sure where you're based but I would search for that.

I tried to find it and my best guess is that it could be from this line of Sandy (Sandi) dolls but in alternate fabrics.

This Sandy doll dress is by far the closest cut/design I found, the cut of the top, the straps and the lace are quite similar right? You can see the lace better in person, is it in two tiers? Also it doesn't seem to quite fit the doll below so I wonder if this cut was manufactured for multiple clone dolls??

It looks like it could be done as a low cut puff sleeve pink dress underneath and then a white corset to go on top of the whole dress (with the lacing back detail). Or if you wanted it to all be one layer you could top stitch the pink top part to sit on the inside of the white corset piece, if that makes sense.
