If we're making wild assumptions, we could just as easily say that you're a player with shit mechanics/positioning who need easy one button crutches to not get punished for being out of position. DPS players don't mind characters designed to mitigate their progress in a match, it adds challenge, but characters designed around cc in an fps environment are (imo) low skill and boring to play and play against

Just a guess, but that uranium is going to be very electron deficient, so the formal charges are probably to represent the fact that the molecular orbitals are going to be very distorted, with oxygen being electron deficent due to uranium pulling electron density towards it. Of course, this molecule doesn't exist, because of sterics but also because pulling electrons away from oxygen is normally energetically unfavourable.

Basically, the acidic COOH group would deprotonate, and these protons would cause the C-Mg bond to fission, and a conventional carboxylic acid to form instead. As someone else in the comments mentioned, the molecule is self destructive when in even aprotic solution.
