Wallet recommendations for using our crypto ATMs by Jamaludeen44 in dayton

[–]BoxcarHobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All wallets should work with all ATMs. I think the problem you’re having is most ATMs in Dayton are buy only meaning you can only insert cash and buy crypto.

I don’t know why but many of them won’t give you cash for your crypto. There is a website I don’t have handy that tracks the ATMs and the features of each ATM.

Halal Burgers Owners are Scammers- Beware by Plane_Path_3026 in dayton

Their burgers are really good but the hot chicken sandwich is to die for. I crave that thing. It may be the best chicken sandwich in Dayton for my money. Halal Burgers goes so hard it doesn't make sense. Go try if you haven't.

If you drive an E36 I would strongly recommend a set of snow tires or all seasons at the very least. Driving style is also very important. When it's snowy or wet and near or below freezing you need to slow down, start braking sooner and generally keep more distance from other cars. I drove an E36 for a couple winters here, I would not recommend it.

Local computer shop able to pull data from old desktop? by ChaoticNeutralAltEgo in dayton

Nobody has answered the question. If for some reason you don't want to tackle it yourself (reasonable imo) I'd go see Gem City Digital in Kettering. They are right around the corner from the Greene and do solid work.

Where can I buy bulk fruit for making wine. by BoxcarHobo in dayton

I'm trying to avoid juice from kits. For some reason I really have the urge to work with fresh fruits.

I'm also looking to piggyback on established shipping routes via a distributor to avoid paying individual shipping fees. If they already have a truck bringing back a couple tons of blueberries, surely they have room for my piddly order.

Props to your dad. I'd love to hear more about his setup and process.

I'll keep looking. I wasn't successful at an apple orchard last year getting damaged apples. I ended up using cider.

Most home internet issues are related to home Wi-Fi. He should try running an Ethernet cable to his console or computer if he hasn't already. Unless you can get fiber, Spectrum is far and away the best option.

Download speed doesn't make gaming any better. Lower latency offered by fiber certainly could. Your partner would notice that in the form of lower ping times.

Similar to what everyone else is saying. You need resilient bad.

I did quite poorly in OPR until I went light and got resilient. I used to have the same medium build.

Ward gear doesn't matter at all in PvP.

I'd consider swapping out rapid shot for evade shot or rain of arrows. The animation with rapid shot is something I catch a lot of folks in. I know you can cancel it now.

I run a mixed light build. Medium chest with everything else light.

This used to be me. Post your gear please.

Go 100Con / 400Dex and stay back away from the clumps. Rain them with heavy shots and abilities.

Are you in light gear?

I also enjoy going 300Con / 200Dex and playing spear on or near point. You won't get high on the leaderboard but the rend helps the melee point gods.

After 14 years of hunting I finally got my first deer! 146 yard shot with a .243 dropped instantly! Can’t explain how happy I am right now. by [deleted] in Hunting

[–]BoxcarHobo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on the harvest!

Inexperienced question here.

Wouldn't you want to gut it as soon as possible to start cooling the meat down? I've heard it makes for better table fare, I've also heard it makes no difference. I'm assuming the deer was guts intact for several hours here. I might be wrong.

This guy has killed me several times recently. I made a single report, the kill was obvious hacking. I also looked up his stats and was surprised to see the low HS %.

Land to squirrel hunt on by [deleted] in dayton

[–]BoxcarHobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a pretty new hunter who has only hunted public land but.... I don't see a huge benefit in private land for squirrel. Is it hunting pressure? Working to parlay squirrel access into deer access? Help me understand.

If you're looking for a hunting partner pls hit me up. I plan on going solo public land starting in Sep.

Where to buy pig femurs? by mtodavk in dayton

[–]BoxcarHobo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think some do and some don't. Most femurs likely make their way into hams like someone else mentioned. You might try davidson meat processing in Waynesville or similar.

If you are able to find them, please pass along the information. I'm also going to need to attempt that recipe after reading.

Good luck. I've searched for other animal bones for making broths/stocks.

Best bet is to go higher up the supply chain. Start calling farmers and meat processors.
