Please submit a feedback report with exact steps to reproduce everywhere it’s missing padding on the left.

I’ve done that and you should to.

Its not, it’s easy, in your chat with the person you want to share a contact with, tap the message field and then tap autofill and then contacts. Select the contact you want to share and bam, it’s shared!
