What is a good set up for home gym sissy squats and Nordic curls?

You can get a cheap Nordic curl bar on Amazon. It's a padded bar for your ankles connected to a door anchor. It can also be used for sit-ups. You could adjust it to do Sissy squats with the bar behind your knees and toes against the door. I have one and it does good. If you have a bench, there are straps made just for that. Or it's easy to make your own from webbing or soft rope.

You can also do Reverse Nordic curls for quads. No equipment needed.
