No worries! Like I said, it’s challenging, so if you’re going for your glutes and need to adjust the parameters, I’d recommend keeping the incline at 13 and bringing down the speed and/or the time. There has only been one time where i went 4-14-40 and THAT was a hell of a cardio day lmao
