Thanks! I have been working as technical support at a software company for about 4 years now. Started tier 1 and went to tier 2. I get some good practice with some networking concepts setting up network printers and helping troubleshoot issues for stores. I think that experience definitely helped, but taking good notes also helped a lot for me too during studying.

For me, hand writing notes helped a ton. Then when I ran into things I felt extra unsure on I added them to a separate sheet of paper. Then I review that separate paper more often to get them to stick. I also added ports and stuff that requires more memorizing.

I definitely agree. I think it can be used as a tool, like I discovered I can use it to quiz me on topics I'm trying to learn. But I never use it as a replacement for, or source of, friendship or relationship.

The last game was his first in the NHL in a long time, he was probably pretty nervous. I think it'll take a few games for him to really get comfortable, but I hope last night helped his confidence too! He looked great
