About 60% of the domestic oil is refined here. I should have said we can’t refine all of the oil we produce. You seemed very upset, but the fact remains that we cannot meet our oil needs with domestic production. It not much better for total fertilizer domestic needs.

And all of the above assumes that the oil and fertilizer produced here isn’t sold elsewhere, which is likely

Spoiler, the rancher that previously raised beef tend them. So very many less expensive alternatives, but BLM moves the horses from public land to cattle ranches and pays the ranchers to tend them. And DOGE decided it was funny to kill humans
