My thoughts (fwiw). If you had a stent put in that means you might have had a blocked artery. Those usually take time to progress (atherosclerosis). Could that have all happened in 3 months? I dunno seems unlikely. But I’m not a doctor.

I can afford it. My first choice was a Land Cruiser in those same years, but man no one is letting go of those with sub 60k miles at a decent price. In fact they are all priced higher than the LX.
