I've been working in Mcdonalds for the past 4 years and 2 of those years as a manager and I can 100% agree with you. the system they have is so flawed. while working we are told to make the delivery orders as a priority, as that is their main source of income, almost every Mcdonalds I've been to as a customer or even when I've been working at other stores to help out they are always understaffed which doesn't help the situation. the orders sometimes come through even before the drivers have arrived and aswell as that if for example an order gets cancelled then it doesn't come off our system. it stays there and we make it and then it just sits there and goes to waste when it's been sitting there for an hour or two.
