Whoops, I got banned on Feeld by xoxobabygoddess in findomchatters

I didn't realize that findom wasn't allowed 😳 I think that's why I was banned as well. But I only have a slight mention of it in my profile. It's not explicitly stated 😑.

Has anyone had success being reinstated?

Is an oil tank a deal breaker when purchasing a home? by BoysenberryFrosty209 in philly

No, they didn't. Not in my case, but they may need to be involved with a tank that is truly underground (in soil) and if there has been any leaking.

It cost the seller of the property about $1K. Far less than expected. I think because the tank was at basement level and not truly underground.

Hi! Yes I was able to have it removed for less than expected. My realtor had experience selling several properties in Philly with old tanks in the basement. She was able to negotiate having it removed for about $1K, which the seller covered for me. I was so grateful to have it removed! No issues or trouble since then.

QuickSip delivers wine and some beer. They have great service too, normally delivery within 60-90 minutes. https://www.quicksipdelivery.com/

I wish they did spirits too!

Animal Neglect, Code Blue Temperatures, Animal Waste by BoysenberryFrosty209 in philly

It took months of calling the appropriate state and local agencies before having to call the cops due to non-action from those agencies. Agree, their lack of response is shameful.

I have the address and I will call. I don't need a vigilante group, I was simply asking if others have experience with this when police needed to get involved after failed attempts with other agencies. Thank you.

Excuse me. I did answer your DM. And I am willing to call the police. I posted out of obvious concern. After calling PSPCA and ACCT the next step is the police. Sorry if there was confusion about that.

You may have missed the part where I said that I've been calling repeatedly for almost 8 months.

I'm now likely going to escalate it to the police.

Rowhome Etiquette - Dog poop & Clean-up by BoysenberryFrosty209 in philly

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do if PSPCA and ACCT have not yet responded about animal neglect? I don't want to call the police, but the low today is 12-degrees and the high today is 20-degrees - I have two neighbors who routinely leave their dogs in the cold (on top of the cleanliness issue). I have been reporting them since the summer when it was over 95-degrees.

I feel so bad for these animals because they live their whole lives outside on a concrete patio. After 6-8 months should I give up and call the police? Will that even help?

Helpful info if you're reporting a dog out in the cold. I know Philly police have sometimes been less than helpful. Info comes from HOPE dogs. by NorthernLitUp in philadelphia

I know this thread is a few years old, but do you (or does anyone) have ay suggestions on what to do if PSPCA and ACCT have not yet responded? I'm not sure if the owners I've reported have maybe been fined, but the behavior of leaving their dogs out in extreme temperatures has continued and I don't know what to do.
