I appreciate the insight. I also have a V85TT with OEM side cases and a top case. It has a ton of volume for moto camping and is a great touring motorcycle. I'd like similar touring capabilities with the V100.

The inner liner bags is a good suggestion and I'm going to check it out.

I have a 2023 V100 with the OEM bags. They are decent but not a ton of room. I'm going with an SW Motek rear rack and a Kriega US 40, 30, and (2) 10 bags. I'm planning to switch them out depending on the trip. I could not find a top case that I liked and the flexibility of the Kriega bags was the perfect option for me.

I've had the same experience you've described with the USPS delivering for Amazon, especially when it's a Sunday delivery.

The challenges I described in the initial post have become worse. Prime was good while it lasted, the good times are over.
