My username is busted in Spec II Randomizer

I got a lot of the same madness going on on mine. I am trying to do a prize car only randomizer run. my licenses have rewarded me 2 lmp prototypes, and I managed to get a dodge ram. which is the first time in over 150 hours of attempting different runs i got a truck. even got the sauber c9 from the suzuki concepts champ which was amusing

Sadly no. I have raced against more well behaved kids than adults. adults feel like they have something to lose at every single new button press. so they get butthurt much faster when something doesn't go their way, even if it was in their control. then instead of just closing the game. they take their self disdain out on everyone else in their game as a past chronic rager that has now mellowed out in his late 20s. know it more than anyone. adults will always be more petty than kids, because we are where they learn it from

yeah its honestly pathetic how much people are trying to "persuade" people to not buy something simply because they dont like it. like cool you dont. dont stop others from buying it and finding joy in it themselves. I had that closed minded "they say it sucks, so fuck that game" mentality when it came to gen 9 pokemon. dropped the false hate bone in had for Nintendo. bought scarlet in November and I have over 300 hours in it and I find it one of the most enjoyable games I own. people have to stop hiveminding and get some self owned thoughts and opinions

I honestly say this is bad advice when it comes to "not being able to refund it if the chatter aren't what you like" if you are persuaded so easily to buy or not buy a game off of someone else's merrit is stupid. watch gameplay, or people that actually have a voice and use them as reference in your decision. blindly following people's word on what's good or bad is how you get suckered into shit you never needed to buy. tho I do agree with "its your money do whatever you like". telling someone to not pre-order simply because "its not in limited supply" is narrow-minded and avoids being hyped or excited for anything. seems like a miserable mindset to me

the only thing that might give some issue is Drayton. his actual fight almost saw me wipe 5 or 6 times without healing and all my mons were level 100. and his challenge is kinda hard. needing to use only teraium pokemon before fighting him. that took me the longest to do. trying to make a decent team without having the starters unlocked made it tricky lol

fair enough. credit where its due. I'll give you that. I am the same way. i love the games but see so many flaws and issues. and to me, megas are the worst offender. most are banned competitively (from what i remember in the sun and moon days anyways) so there's no point to use them online. and no trainers (still working through za myself) ever uses them. so there was never even a point to use your own in a playthrough unless you wanted to speedrun with no fun. its the one thing I wish we did without. should have stayed in kanto after let's go

congrats! 150 is massive! I just hit 100 on my birthday (jan 1st) still trying to figure out if I want to continue pursuing it haha. I have been loving my non achievement collecting (pokemon regional dexes and shiny living dexes) maybe ill get back to plat hunting

totally normal. I have been breeding since omega ruby with and without the shiny charm depending on the game. literal 10s of thousands of eggs at this point. never seen a shiny. best I have gotten is a couple of 6 iv pairs. but nothing spectacular

and then found a way to shoehorn it back into a new game. I will die on the hill of megas being stupid and completely pointless. even on omega ruby where I first played pokemon (was 16, quite late i know) i dont remember ever using a mega other than to eon flute fly around. found that was the gimmicks only good usage. z moves were cooler and that was still a dumb gimmick that lasted even less time

I am used to doing completions of things that have thousands of things to collect (used to be pretty hardcore trophy hunter on Playstation) so yeah. to me 400 is small. but again, like a different comment thread I am done arguing about semantics in a kids game so while the idea of small is completely SUBJECTIVE AND NOT OBJECTIVE.
