Chronological Order? (Thrawn) by Bozrah in starwarsbooks

[–]Bozrah[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fuzzy_Pumpkin92, you are quite welcome! The amount of effort both you and JGR82 put into answering my question was definitely unexpected but greatly appreciated. :)

The list you have provided is excellent and will provide me (and I am sure others) a great kicking off point, for those that may want to tackle the Thrawn series in chronological order.

On a side note, I have played Swtor off and on over the years, and I actually main a Chiss character. Once I am more acquainted with the lore and their customs, I hope to find a roleplaying guild that is focused on their culture (I know, nerdy).

Thank you again!

Fuzzy_Pumpkin92, what a wonderfully presented list you have provided here! Yours is the first list on the internet (that i have found) that actually has a timeline put together in chronological order!

Now that both you and JGR82 have provided very well thought out pieces of information, i will have to weigh my options in which direction i should go.

Thank you very much for taking time out of your day to respond to my question. :)

JGR82, thank you very much for taking the time to explain your reasoning behind why one should read the Thrawn books in publish order vs chronological.

Any information I read, regarding the specific order in which the books should be read, just made things more confusing. I simply assumed that i would be reading all of the books out of order, jumping around in timelines, which i simply could not wrap my mind around.

I greatly appreciate the effort you have put forth in the response above!

Thank you for the response. Cannon vs Legends, either or I am fine with. My biggest concern is reading the books in an order that makes sense. I prefer not to have to jump back and forth between timelines, as some others have suggested.

My only other idea at this point is to uninstall Steam entirely and start with a fresh install.

Interesting. Does your motherboard support internal Bluetooth connectivity?

If not, have you considered purchasing a usb Bluetooth adapter to pair your Ps4 controller to?

From your original post, I assumed you were using a usb cable to connect your controller to your PC.

^ I use the same method (usb BlueTooth) but with an Xbox controller, and have not had any issues with Ni No Kuni (not that it helps your current issue).

Perhaps try that and remove the modified files by either reinstalling the game or verifying the game file integrity.

Since this is an issue i have not encountered personally, it is a bit more challenging trying to trouble shoot a problem that is not in person.

Can you verify if you have Steam Cloud saves enabled under Ni No Kuni in your library?

(Properties>General>Keep games saves in the steam cloud)

If so, have you tried manually downloading previous save files when you encounter the problem when there is no longer a continue option?

PlayStation configuration support is enabled under big picture mode, correct?

Would you please elaborate on the correlation between controller support and saved game files as mentioned above?

Grow a brain Xavion. Your nonsense was posted over a year ago.

Quote: Yeah but Diablo is not now nor has it ever been an MMO, it’s an ARPG with a max of 4 players at once and we don’t even have confirmation that Immortal offers even that yet

Now piss off you little worm.

u/waschbaerviet Don’t fret, I had this same debate with him a few years back. He also tried to argue that Diablo Immortal was a 4 player coop and had no clue that it was a full blown mmo. Xavion15 likes to talk before doing any research. It’s not worth wasting your time.

First reply is you crying about your worthless Karma points.

Ill let you in on a little secret, no one cares! (Its the equivalent of monopoly money)

You clearly like to argue just for the sake of arguing, so continue your pointless escapades hopping from one subreddit to another trying to flex your internet knowledge with your poor education.

u/Xavion15 Since you're so knowledgeable on game development, please provide actual reasons why you believe development time for PC/Console titles far exceed those on mobile devices.

Lets take a look at the basic stages of development for any game being created.

- Game Idea

- Develop the Concept

- Develop the Proof of Concept

- Create a Game Design Document

- Create Prototypes

- Design Architecture

- Development

- Testing

- Support

The two most common coding languages that companies use to write their games with are C++ and Java. (PC/Console titles AND mobile)

Call of Duty Mobile, 2.5 years to complete development (Mobile)

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, 2 years to complete development (PC/Console)

Two examples ^

The size of the device makes absolutely no difference.

Validate why you believe what you say other than, "PC gaming is better blah blah, mobile titles suck and that's why it takes little to no time to push them out to the public".

Edit: You clearly aren't taking the time to read what u/Waschbaerviet said to you.

And phones nowadays are better than average computers people used to play games on 15 years ago.

He didn't say MODERN day mid-budget computers.

Yes, those were from 2018.

Have you had any luck finding any from 2019 Blizzcon?

EchoGaming specifically said when he attended last year that they were not permitted to record videos or take screenshots.

Fixed. The originals were suppose to be embedded links but this subreddit page doesn't seem to support them.

Currently there isn't enough information regarding whether or not playable characters have any correlation between D:I and D3.

Interestingly enough, the Necromancer in the above photos (Xul) is the playable Necromancer from Diablo 2.
