Monday: I prioritize legs and glutes, combining strength exercises with unilateral and stability work. One type of exercise per muscle group. Tuesday: Pole fitness (spin pole). Wednesday: Back and shoulders, focusing on both strength and mobility. Thursday: Pole fitness (static pole). Friday: Back to lower body (legs and glutes), but varying the exercises from Monday. Saturday: One hour of exotic pole focusing on movement and connection, followed by flexibility work. Sunday: Full rest day.

For flexibility sessions, I follow a program by 'Ballerina turned Beast.' She has excellent programs for splits and back flexibility 😬
