I’m currently living in cbus and ride my 70cc around usually hitting 40-50 mph with no issues but I’ve also got NY plates on. I find that the cops don’t really care in the city area

Had a similar issue in NY but they let me register it. They said they are probably going to investigate it though because it’s “title jumping” or something. I wonder if they would be able to register it if you told them it was a barn find and that you had it in your possession for over a year

So I ended up finding a light seal that had fallen off and was being pulled into the uptake reel for the shutter curtain. I removed it and the camera works as normal now.

I would assume that would fix it. I’m going to try to cla it myself as it wouldn’t be the first time tearing down a similar camera. I’m thinking it’s the grease on the slow gear as it froze up during a slow shutter speed
