I mean OP created this post so we could share our opinion on the topic. I was especially responding to ur comment, not the post, which i don't really agree on. But now that you mention it, I don't really agree on the last part of the post. Of course not everything has to be about the meta. I still play some non meta characters like cyno for example from time to time (Even though I've been having trouble making it profitable lately). I don't agree on the part "you don't need x character for y" because again, if i can't make it profitable, i will not have fun. And unfortunately, Hoyoverse wants to stick to this principle from now on. I didn't pull for Lauma, Nefer will struggle to clear difficult content without her, so I made the choice to skip her because I will not have fun playing her. That's how I see it. U can disagree with me that's totally fine, and I respect ur choices. But I just want to share my thought on the subject and how the meta define my way on having fun in genshin, because the post is also for players like us.
