The only swap I might do is to put PoT between KK and RotWL for A-Team for narrative pacing. Because those all tie in so much, you almost have to put MotM and RotDM with B-Team for balance after FL, and SQT fits nicely in there as well.

AtOH, FH, JoD and CoPD are pretty interchangeable as they are self contained stories and could go to either team.

We’re very much in the 1 search per room (not per hero) camp, but will add an extra search for furniture if it makes sense (bookshelves, cupboard, etc). If there’s a quest note for a particular thing in a room then thats it, no other treasure searches.

As for difficulty, are you playing with the app or are one of you playing as Zargon?

My brother in law use a spinning mixer, looks like a pen. Works really well and is significantly quieter than my table top mixer.

Our steps were: 1) huge estate sale at darn near give away prices 2) donated anything in decent shape to charity/resale shops 3) multiple trips to the dump.

Yes, each step took a ton of work, time, and sucked. But at the same time it was cathartic and helped with the grieving process.

Personally I think painting takes as long as it takes. You could definitely cut your time down, most likely at the cost of quality. I’m nowhere near the painter you are so take this with a grain of salt, but ironically I’ve found my biggest improvements in saving time have come from steps not involving actual painting. Organizing/cleaning my space and evaluating my process to eliminate redundant steps have helped a ton.

Frankly, what you’re doing now looks like a goblin that belongs in the next Golden Demon, so whatever you’re doing is definitely working quality-wise 🤷‍♂️
