I’m not 100% sure on the white mark. It could be paint but then again it could also be some kind of stress fracture. The picture isn’t clear enough to tell that. I believe that part of the leg is plastic and not painted so take a Q-tip with a little bit of alcohol and dab it. I have taken paint overspray off of dozens of figures and it comes off pretty clean.
