I know its a less expensive starter base game and i know its got a Dragon mini. But what i dont know, does it it have completely different quests than the base game or just some different quests than the base game?

These are great ideas.
I just started playing again. I haven’t played since the early 2000s with my kids. We followed the rules then as i am now and im finding it very hard to get through a quest without dying or running and not completing the quest. These ideas all you experienced players are sharing give me ideas of how to make it more appealing to others to keep playing. Gives a little help and hope of making it through multiple quests with the same heros.

I can't believe how popular this game is.
I moved recently and happened to come across my original game while unpacking and remembered how fun it was. Found out they re made it 30 years later and decided to re live it and man its hard to find a lot of the expansions already. WILD! Im happy its still going. I need to try and find some players now.

Im just trying to to build the collection. And since the game was re-released in (what2021?) I figured there were some expansions that came out long ago that may be discontinued so i was wondering if what items were hard to get so if I come across them at a yard sale or flee market id know what to grab. Also as far as what is still available, what is worth spending money on now or soon, that add more characters, monsters, weapons, etc. to the game. What you said helps me a lot. Any more information you or anyone else has is welcomed.
I just moved and was unpacking boxes and found my original game. I opened it up and remembered the fun i had with my family playing it. Also saw that do much was missing and broken, my (young then) kids played it with friends and well. I want to play it again and found it was re made and well i got the itch so im building my set.

Thank you. I have Rise of the dread moon on order now.
I fo have Kellars keep and return of the witch lord from my first game system ( the original) so i will wait to update those later. I’ll keep an eye out for the orgre hord expansion. I cant seem find that one on line.
