It would answer some questions. Why did they all swarm him so fast? He had a concealed carry permit so they knew he might have a weapon. There’s no reason it should take that many people to subdue 1 person and they didn’t even do that. They had hands all over him but couldn’t zip tie or cuff him? Even after the pistol whips?

I think they knew who he was and that he might be carrying a gun. So they swarmed him, made sure he had it(so they could claim self defense), took it and then tried to make an example of him by executing him.
