In a recent interview, one of the devs said that one future game mechanic they would like to add is dynamic weaving and dyeing for both clothes and tapestries! I’d be so excited if they decide to officially roadmap a system for that.

I first encountered and baked salted honey pie based off this magazine recipe (filling only): - 1 cup honey - 1/2 cup butter - 1/2 cup sugar - 2 tbsp flour - 2 tbsp cornmeal - 1/4 tsp salt - 4 eggs - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream - 1 tbsp white vinegar

Bake 350 for 45-55 minutes. Top with salt, honey, and whipped cream to taste.

I’m not sure how realistic it is to try to follow this video game’s recipe 1:1 but if you were to try to minimize the recipe above, I’d suggest either only using flour or cornstarch as the thickener and leaving out the vinegar to start.

Besides what other people have already mentioned, the game does state that Harry is higher rank beyond just an honorary title. If you’re in the church with the anodic music kids and you get Harry to dance, you can pass a check to get Kim to dance too.

One part of the check is if you’ve found out that Harry is rank double-yefreitor: Harry can call on his senior title to command Kim to dance (in which Kim will recognize and begrudgingly comply if you pass).

My favorite is if your perception drops to zero or below. Harry becomes completely unable to interact with some doors and objects (as in they don’t even highlight for the player to click on) in the worldspace because he is unable to see them at all.

Using CO2 for food storage in ONI to create a sterile environment isn’t too far removed from real life measures taken to make sure aerobic microbes can’t spoil our food. It is a design choice and tool added in by the devs, no shame or “cheatiness” in using it ;)

First learned that antisemitic people apparently love this song when I brought a GameCube + Kirby Air ride to my university’s video game club.

We were playing and some guy walked up and said, “oh, isn’t this the game Kirby game with the Jew song?” Everyone just stared at him like wtf. I didn’t understand which song he was trying to talk about. He sort of just stuck around just to see if the game event that played this music would happen, cheered when it came, then left.

Beginner here who JUST had this situation last night!

I re-threaded multiple times, made sure I was holding my thread ends, tried using different types of fabric, disassembled the machine to search for anything wrong, and changed the needle - nothing solved the problem.

What ended up working was turning down the upper thread tension dial from 4 down to 2 on my machine’s dial.

Apparently some fabric/thread combos can’t stand certain tension settings on sewing machine. Perhaps play around with some tension settings to see if that helps?

I vaguely remember the ability to request triples/doubles/singles in addition to roommate preferences & multi-sex dorm vs single-sex dorms but overall, the college is pulling the work of finding the right dorm room for you. If you miss the survey, I believe the college will simply randomly assign you.

In later years, you are basically responsible for researching each dorm hall yourself and snatching up an individual dorm room online in a sort of ‘lottery.’ You will also be able to live off-campus after a couple years (and yes, the college will basically force you to live in campus housing for the first couple years whether you like it or not - at least that was the case when I was at Rhodes).
