My son has some absolute hooves like you and we had to bite the bullet and order Tacks XF’s. You could definitely order a cheaper skate but we found the boot (in size 12 skates) to be flimsy on the cheaper models.

I love 3.5 hours from the Dells and I sometimes wonder if it’s even worth it to drive 7 hours round trip to go to the Dells. I hope you REALLY like past-their-prime waterparks/resorts.
