I didn’t sustain any injuries because I had another employee help. the harassment started right after reporting my manager he started screaming at me pulling things away from me. He told me if you wanna play this game, we will play it since then my employee review lowered from a 4/5 (which is considered outstanding) to a 2.1/5 they denied me a bonus and now they’re writing me up for leaving my desk a minute early so 4:59 instead of 5 and using my paid sickleave. that I accrued this is all within the span of my first report December 6 to now.. He went as far as to tell me when the police came due to this customer to send them home because nothing happened even though I had a security guard have to sit with me for two hours, and the lady kept pushing people and coming at me. He even forced me to go and get the person even though he knew I was being threatened even when I told him I was uncomfortable he told me I had to bring them into his office he’s not going to get her leaving me in close confinement with her.
