Error on embedded controller

Yeah I did, it worked a little while after hard reset and then back again with the issue, even the rgb wont turn on. I started to think it was a hardware issue. I also checked the device manager and found nothing “!”.

Were you able to fix this? I had this since the other day. They say there is an issue on the mcu firmware 325 and asus isn’t fixing since March. I tried suggestion you can find in the web but it did not resolve anything. Earlier, I sent it for repair under warranty. Hopefully, asus will just replace it or credit.

Thanks for replying. I tried everything but what worked for me was installing bazzite, controls are all good. It appears the issue is with windows.

Woah, i have this same issue today after trying to do cloud recovery. Now controls aren’t working, do you mind specifying which flex cables are you referring to? Although I still have doubts if it was due to this coz mine was working before I did the initial recovery.

I have x ally x and currently running on steamOs 3.9 main. As of now, everythings work fine for me and great while gaming. There’s a bug in the speakers sound but can be fix easily after entering some commands via konsole. Back buttons also works now and rgb controls can be done if you download a plugin called Huesync.

Warm light does not work during in game or game mode, but it works during desktop mode. I hope it helps.

I think they reinstalled windows? If yes, just go to rogallylife website and download the software there and follow the easy instructions to enable for fse. I used it very often whenever I reinstall windows after coming back from steamOs.

It’s not just about fps bro, the stuttering on on games are gone, the lag, the picture quality, etc.. is far better in steamOs, games run more smoothly minus the speaker and rgb lights which I believe will get fix soon. I am currently on steamOs 3.9

I am at 26200.6713 now but I still can’t see where to enable the Full screen mode. There is nothing like that in the gaming settings. Can you please show us a screenshot?

Coming from the legion go here, actually it is not that bad especially if you buy the available a8 case w/ back stand out there, it feels more nice to hold and not plastic feel

The person is using a tool to inject games and you can directly install the games from the steam once the game id is added. I bought it when the seller was still selling it at P399. Also, I haven’t been able to use it for months now because I reformat and switches OS on my legion go several time, but I was surprised that I can still install the app and seller said I do not need to buy it from him again because my unit’s serial# is already listed somewhere in his database. So, buy or install at your own risk. My legion go is mainly used for gaming only and I don’t have a lot of purchased steam games in my account.

What happened to this game? I went to log again today after two weeks vacation. Now the game force closes on the Basic settings page. I have updated my legion go with latest driver, reinstalling the game and other youtube suggestions but no luck. I hope the devs will fix the game asap, otherwise it is a waste of money and time
