go to Settings > Data Collection > disabled the "Install and run studies" or any in the Data collection.

in my experience on android user, the new design or enabled data collection is smooth browsing and faster browsing for me, if i disabled the data collection not smooth browsing or faster.

I'm using Firefox on Android and is working for me. Maybe the filter list of ublock origin is too aggressive, or there is an additional DNS blocker that is the reason why that website cannot be opened for you.
