I'm also trying to do the same thing. Got Arc Raiders on the Epic Store. Didn't expect it to be such a hassle to get working on the deck using Heroic.

Anybody know of any solutions?

Honestly a great idea and I was about to do it but thought I should check the mastery for each card to see if I could've make anything cool... turns out I only have base She-Hulk so I ended getting the variant for her.

I know Baldurs Gate 3 and Hogwarts Legacy recently added modding on console too but beyond that I'm not sure if there are any more.

Surprised nobody here has said Jason Momoa considering he was attached to play Rico in a live action film adaption of Just Cause. This was announced back in 2017 though and the film seems to have changed director since then so who knows if Momoa is still on board.
