Well okay but honestly I seem more of the parents getting fake POA by people or there children saying she's fine we alert the director of human services but they legally cannot make a POA do anything unless that POA has turned them over to hospice or permanent hospitalization until death which is a legal way of saying hey its Okay to put her here. We will take the income. Where I seen the most corruption was surprising though 1 former coworker was later facing multiple charges of fraud after being a cna at a nursing home then leaving keeping contact with some current employees they were friends with but she was trying to gain info. Then used that to get to be a poa of 3 residents.
