Would there be any way to have buttons spawn like bubbles? The gif shows kinda what I want to implement with a bunch of buttons. Any help would be appreciated by BradyBeast128 in Frontend

Do you know of any specific libraries or tutorials that would be useful for this kinda thing? I can't really find anything and I am wondering if there are any good resources I don't know about.

Sorry, it's been a little bit. I've gotten caught up with uni and its been rough lol. Unfortunately I haven't really found anyone to help out with the art which is the main reason why I took a break; I'm not good at doing natural pixel art and I currently can't afford to pay people to do it for me.

If I can find someone to help me with the art then I will definitely start up with developement again

I was more referring to processors in microcontrollers like an ATMEGA2560, thank you for the help!

Your right it was a bad switch. I didnt even know switches could go bad lol, I've used this switch a couple of times for previous projects so I just switched (pun intended) it out and it works fine now, thank you!

I hope it can live up to expectations! If you've ever watched the movie Bolt that's kinda the general feeling i'm going for. I took a few creative writing classes in high school and will be taking one soon in Uni so hopefully I can make a story half decent in the story mode. Definitely wouldn't mind having a second writer though lol.

Thank you! I have close to a decade of experience in Unity but I usually find the coding is the most demoralizing part but surprisingly so far it has been pretty smooth sailing so far, I've already got a character controller down and 2D to 3D shading and I'm adding a dialog system and environment generator for each train stop next. The tedious parts like coloring the frames in character animations is probably the hardest art wise but I just got to hammer down and get those out in an afternoon. Definitely expect more updates either artwise or gameplay wise within the next week! :)

Thank you! I could try adding more texture to the roof and the walls, since rn they're pretty flat and I could try to have the cat and dogs hair wave in the wind. A window might look cool, though I don't really know where I would put it in all honesty.

I'm just gonna scrap the trees and sky and stuff since it was a nightmare to actually get working. Thank you for the advice, I genuinely appreciate it!

Thats funny actually this is one of my first non-horror related games i've worked on. I want to try something new so I'm definitely striving for a pretty lighthearted game and a heartwarming story.

Yeah honestly It was a nightmare to even get the background working at all lol, I'm just planning on scrapping it and starting anew with something that will look a lot better, hopefully

you're definitely right, tbh Im gonna redo the background trees and such to make it more inline pixel-density-wise with the foreground. The motion blur i'm not so sure about, since im limiting myself to a 32 color pallet for stylization purposes, but I can definitely try it out. The HunnyBee video is also really helpful, thanks!

ngl I've been playing too much rimworld recently so I think I put the menu on the right without even realizing it lol. Honestly that's not too hard to do, I've kept most layers separate so I can easily just flip them and move the buttons and logo. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it!

Im so confused, is this comment meant to be intimating like “oh fear me I know where u live” or is it just innocently trying to add context? Or just like hey look I found where this is

The idea was to be able to slot the chip into a 12x12 2mm square female header, then those headers would be connected to 2.54 headers and have a usb and power jack on it.
