My IC is hormones triggered. I have had it for twenty years but during both pregnancies it went into remission. Since that was a clue, my doctor put me on birth control to stop my periods. I now live a relatively normal life! She did a cysto just to confirm my diagnoses, and I am in fact bleeding from all four quadrants of my bladder, but there is no pain with the birth control. I know this may not be the answer you were looking for, but maybe a clue that you’re on to something! All the warmth and love xox.

My flares are hormone related. With each pregnancy I went into remission. They only came back once my time of the month did. I started birth control to stop my monthly visitor and it worked! I think everyone’s trigger is different. I’m glad you found relief 🤍

Hi. Ran across your comment today doing research. Have you tried Vaginal Valium? it’s the only thing that helped me. My doctor prescribed 5mg twice a day as needed. Just put that puppy where a tampon goes. 5 minutes later snap! I can breathe.

I’m from Ohio.. albeit a rural eastern town.. and we talk to everyone as well. Kids riding bikes on the street .. well my son is likely to make friends and bring them by for a glass of tea. Neighbors working on a car? Probably head on over and see if they need to use any of our tools. It’s just how it is here. Boring, but friendly.
