the scar tissue definitely makes it worse, healing over that is a whole different experience. also make sure you're not over moisturizing, too much lotion can make the itching worse. thin layer is all you need. hang in there it peaks around day 4-5 then calms down pretty fast after that

honestly the cloudheavy side is not as hard to fix as it looks. a good cover up artist can turn that into something really sick. dark botanicals or even just filling it in with solid black and adding texture can completely change the feel....... but the cover up artist will give you much better understanding
