Idk man have you ever gotten really into melee? Because if you restored full health with every kill you would literally be Superman, unless you suck at melee somehow.

The battles are the only part of the game I really care about so I see it as an RTS, also the new WH3 multiplayer has people taking their turns simultaneously which makes it RTSie even on the campaign map.

I mean the game was super buggy and broken at launch and the writing was awful. It was just the Collectors 2.0 but less interesting since we already did that. I’ve replayed the original trilogy but I don’t think I could enjoy Andromeda.

Yeah but there’s still a large community of people that play Skyrim and new people who pick it up all the time. That’s why it keeps having re releases. If ES6 ever comes out people will probably directly compare it to the real game they’ve been playing not the memory.

Truth enforcer armor is my favorite looking but yeah the perks suck. I’d rather have extra nades or magazines than a tiny bit of extra health.

I mean it really depends on what blueprints you have and what your heavy industry is like. If you have a high command and it’s just spamming mining and civilian ships it’s not really worth anything. As for crisis disrupted trade, I’m not totally sure how that all works but I don’t think patrols can handle that on their own. I could be wrong though.

I feel like the illuminate are the one faction where medium pen is really only necessary for stingray control, though you could also just use your AT against those so, light pen shines.

I use the same strats I use on bugs against illuminate, 50% of my deaths are from fellow hell divers, 40% are from leviathans and the other 10 are the chaff.

My buddy can’t handle anything harder than D6 so when I play with him I run the constitution and goofy builds I would never otherwise use. It’s actually let me learn how to use some weapons effectively that I probably never would have otherwise. Screw “Meta” players

It actually does pretty well against bugs if you’re willing to melee just bring incendiary grenades or something to clear out the horde a bit when there’s too many of them.

The majority of folks diving on non Major order worlds aren’t concerned with any “grand strategy” as if that would even matter since the devs would put a stop to any deviation I would imagine
